BVA Community Outreach Coordinator Brett Carroll welcomed Brighton Cub Scouts Troop 299 and their parents to our base on Thursday, December 8, 2016. The scouts learned some basic first aid skills, asked questions, and received hands-on training to help them in the event of an emergency. Good job!
