On May 31, 2016 the UofR held a Remembrance Ceremony on the Eastman Quad for Zhe “Zack” Zeng, a former UofR alumni and BVA EMT who died at the WTC while helping victims of the 9-11 terrorist attacks. Paul Burgett (VP, UofR), Robert Clark (Dean, Hajim School of Engineering & Applied Sciences), Andrew Anslie (Dean, Simon Business School) and Dan McCue (BVA President) spoke of Zack’s heroic efforts.
